Flying with a crying baby is hard on everyone, especially the parent. In honor of Mother's Day we decided to make crying babies a good thing. On a select flight from JFK to Long Beach, we ran a special promotion. Every time a baby cried, everyone on board received 25% off there next Jetblue flight resulting in a free flight for every passenger. We took a universal tension point of flying and turned it into a positive thing. Flybabies went viral and commandeered the conversation around Mother's Day.
